Let's forget about the coming and going of musicians in the past, nobody really cares and we'll deal with the here and now. The here and now looks good for Ed Random, better than ever before. After several demos, the EP "Secondhand Soul" and lots of concerts "Boxer" as the first true CD is going to be released shortly. And that's great, because though Ed Random's new CD won't be the most innovative gift to mankind - as everybody knows, that's not what Rock 'n' Roll is all about - but it's a CD that revs up, and that will thrill anyone who knows something about bands like The Living End, Turbo AC's or the Bombshell Rocks. Somebody put it that way: The Ed Random Band is snot-nosed street punk, paired up with a pinch of Rockabilly (Standbass rules!), and rough, drunken, yet highly melodic vocals and songs that become hymns in no time at all. That's what people want! And live? Well on stage they rock like hell, of course.
